It has been well publicized in the past several days about a data breach event impacting some Snowflake customers. Cayuse has worked closely with our Snowflake account team over the past week in conducting our own investigation on any potential impact to us or our customers. Cayuse has received word from Snowflake, based on the impacted IP addresses that they have discovered, that our Snowflake instance was not one of those impacted by this cyber event. Cayuse already utilized MFA on our Snowflake accounts and we are also reviewing the additional documentation Snowflake has provided to see if there are areas where we can further strengthen our security posture. All of our customers will be receiving an email from our support team no later than Monday, June 10th detailing this information.
Cayuse has uploaded the newest versions of our company policies to the trust portal. Per our internal processes, we review and update our policies at least annually.
Cayuse's TX-RAMP Level 2 Certification information is now available to download on the Trust Portal. The Level 2 certification is issued through January 2027.
Cayuse has recently published its updated Privacy Policy on our website. You can review the updated privacy policy at https://cayuse.com/privacy/
Cayuse was made aware of an incident involving Okta's support system on October 20, 2023. Cayuse is a customer of Okta, but we are not one of the impacted organizations and have verified that none of our support tickets contained compromising or sensitive information. Cayuse is closely tracking our vendors and reaching out to those that may have been impacted by this security incident to see how they are mitigating their risk. More information on the Okta unauthorized access event can be found in this article.
If you think you may have discovered a vulnerability, please send us a note.
